During my tenure at Crestbrick, I played a pivotal role in enhancing their digital marketing strategies. I took ownership of designing and curating content for various digital platforms, including social media accounts and websites. Working closely with different teams, I contributed to the development of Crestbrick's branding initiatives, designing visually engaging landing sites and creating compelling social media content. Additionally, I utilized my skills to capture 360-degree virtual tours of properties, enabling potential buyers to explore and experience the properties remotely. This adaptability was especially crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic when physical viewings were not possible. By quickly learning and implementing new techniques, such as capturing virtual tours, I ensured that Crestbrick continued to provide a high level of service while prioritizing the safety and convenience of clients.

In addition to digital marketing, I had the opportunity to support Crestbrick's physical events and design efforts. As regular physical events resumed post-COVID, I actively contributed to event logistics and administration, ensuring smooth operations. One of my key responsibilities was designing large light boxes that resembled exhibition displays. These light boxes were strategically placed to provide clients with detailed information about the properties our agency was selling, creating an immersive and informative experience. Additionally, I designed pull-out banners, brochures, and other supporting materials to enhance the presentation and marketing of the properties during events. Through these physical design endeavors, I showcased Crestbrick's commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients, both in the digital realm and during in-person engagements.
